Introduction
The Unit provides Parking Reserve Rental, Parking Lot Rental, Purchase of Monthly Passes and Coupon Sales Agent Application.
1. Parking Reserve
Parking Reserve rental is intended to provide convenience to customers to park their car at any time desired. The rented reserve plot will be provided with a RESERVE signboard to be placed on top of the rented plot.

Applicants need to pay a deposit for the signage. The deposit will be refunded when the reserve rental expires. One sign is for one square only.

You can come to the office yourself to fill out the form. Submit the completed form with a one -time payment attached.

- Payment rate
Rental for one reserve plot per month of RM100.00 and deposit of one signboard of RM200.00
- Tenant Responsibilities
- Always maintain good signage during rental
- Damage and loss of signage must be replaced otherwise the deposit will not be processed and refunded.
2. Parking Rental
Rental for the parking spaces is subject to the approval and rental conditions set by the MPJ

- Payment rate
Rental of one parcel per day of RM10.00 and parcel cleaning deposit of RM200.00
- Tenant Responsibilities
- Must maintain cleanliness and safety and not deform during the rental of the plot.
- If found to be in breach of the stipulated conditions the deposit will not be processed and refunded
3. Monthly Pass Purchase
Pas Bulanan Tempat Letak Kereta boleh didapati di Pejabat MPJ di Jabatan Penguatkuasaan (unit letak kereta) dengan harga RM60 sebulan.
4. Kupon Letak Kereta
Kupon letak kereta MPJ telah di gunapakai pada tahun 2006

- 0.40 sen 1 Jam
- RM 4.00 1 Buku / 10 keping
- Kupon-kupon boleh didapati di premis-prmis yang telah dilantik menjadi ejen
- Cara-cara untuk menjadi ejen kupon
Anda boleh datang ke Majlis Perbandaran Jasin dengan mengisi borang yang telah disediakan, borang akan diproses dalam masa 3 (tiga) hari bekerja.

Kawasan yang telah digazetkan serta perlu mempamerkan Kupon Letak Kereta adalah seperti didalam Jadual Perwartaan tempat Letak Kereta Majlis Perbandaran Jasin
