LICENCE APPLICATION

Obtain the form (according to the type of licence) at MPJ Counter with a fee of RM2.00 per form.

Complete the Application Form attached with the document according to the LIST OF DOCUMENTS REQUIRED ACCORDING TO THE TYPE OF LICENCE with a processing fee of RM10.00

All applications will be given results within 1 day from the application date EXCEPT those which have yet to comply with the requirements of the Technical Department and require further actions.
